About The Role
The role will lead our dynamic product and tech team to create a customer-first culture and drive the product roadmap to achieve CNPS >60 in the next 12 months and >80 in the next 24 months. We believe that by driving the right product vision and strategy, we can offer our product to new markets like the US, Brazil, and ANZ. We aspire to cater to 5000+ Institutions by 2024.
What Describes You Best
- Engineering graduate, preferably with a management background
- 7+ years of work exp. with at least 4+ yrs. in SaaS and cloud-based software delivery models
- Product Management roles in start-ups or L-1 roles in Product Management and Delivery in mid-sized companies

What will you Own
You will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy to achieve CNPS and CSAT goals and deliver on strategic initiatives to positively impact revenue and cost over a 12-18 months horizon.
