Customer Account Executive

Job Description: 

To manage our rapidly growing customer base globally, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Account Executive who can take up the responsibility of managing existing customer account subscriptions and onboarding new customers.

Skills: (must have)
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task and cope with a busy and varied workload
Excellent telephone etiquette and willingness to engage with customers by phone
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite and Google suite

Additional Skills: (nice to have)
Prior work exp. with Publishing / EdTech industry
Experience working on Freshsales or any standard CRM
Proficiency in regional Indian languages or foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin or Japanese)

Key accountability of CAE will be to coordinate and manage subscriptions for existing customer accounts and onboard prospective customers.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to confirm subscription renewals on time
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for order, invoice and payment processing on time
Coordinate customer onboarding process and implementation sign off 
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to update and maintain CRM data
Identify customer upsell / upgrade opportunities 
Perform pre-sales activities like scheduling demos, submitting proposals and documents
Perform regular customer health check and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for customer query or issue resolution 


Key Skills Required:
